This hardcover edition of Harper Lee’s classic “To Kill a Mockingbird” was re-released by Harper Collins in 1995 to commemorate the book’s 35th anniversary. This copy has been signed by Harper Lee.
Though not as desirable as a true first edition of “To Kill a Mockingbird”, the addition of the author’s signature makes this book desirable to collectors, as evidenced by its sale at auction for $447.
A true “Mockingbird” first edition was consigned to our auction and for comparison, although it is unsigned, achieved a hammer price of $6,150.
