This scarce Ethiopian Coptic Ge’ez Bible is handwritten on vellum and was produced during the 18th century. It contains 28 leaves bound in wooden boards and measures just 3.5” x 2.5” inches.
An interesting conversation piece, this miniature Bible was consigned to us from the private collection of Russ Busby, longtime professional photographer to Billy Graham and author of “Billy Graham: God’s Ambassador”. Mr. Busby traveled the world with Graham and his crusades beginning in 1956, and during their travels began to amass a large collection of antique works on Christianity and religion.
