John Bell, a Scottish doctor, traveled throughout Russia, China, Siberia, and to Constantinople. First published in Glasgow in 1763. The two maps, well engraved and printed on thick paper, are: “A Map of Mr. Bell’s Journeys from Petersburg to Ispahan and from Petersburg to Constantinople” and “A Map of Mr. Bell’s Journey from Moscow to Pekin”.
